Our main office is located at Kenol town – Muranga road ,opposite KCB bank. We also have a branch office located at Makutano town – Mwea road , next to Fortune Sacco.
We take our clients for site views from Monday to Saturday. We pick you from our main office located at Kenol ,opposite KCB bank and also at our branch office located at Makutano town next to Fortune Sacco.
We do not charge a single cent. As a client, you come and get a driver and our staff ready for you. We also provide bottle water to clients to ensure that you enjoy the viewing tour.
We give you necessary documents for you to do a search on the plot while meditating on your investment decision.
Later on when you are fully convinced and made you decision we draft an agreement. Then from there the payment method as per the agreement.
We have been in business for the last 5 years.
Yes we do have ready title deeds and they are all freehold.
Yes we do accept instalments and they are from 3-12 months.
Yes we do resell through some of our agents but we do not charge anything . We only help through the process of reselling.
